  Do the publications still use exclamation! points excessively?

  i dont know why the question popped into my head.

  i've been out since '90-'91 and haven't read any literature in years.

  was this a fred franz quirk or do they still write in that style?

  It doesn't make sense to say the resurrection only refers to a reuniting of all previous elements including a physical body, as the Bible says we will "always" be with the Lord, and 'in the resurrection men are not married but are as angels in heaven'. Jesus didn't say 'in some unique type of resurrection', he said in "the" resurrection.

  immediately after the gb announced that masks are still required and that all hlc elders are required to be fully vaccinated, the cdc comes out with new covid guidelines:.

  which "focuses on individual decisions" and "brings the recommendations for unvaccinated people in line with people who are fully vaccinated – an acknowledgment of the high levels of population immunity in the u.s., due to vaccination, past covid-19 infections or both.

  If you look at his show schedules every year there's no way he'd have time for regular meetings and service, let alone being a Bethelite. Same goes for most of the others there, they're not Bethelites. You can look some of them up and they do singing secularly, including the kid with the huge head who's also a jazz singer and has a song called "Psycho Chick".

  King was never in Bethel, he was just invited there to perform once in a while for projects. He's been in show business full time (mostly night clubs and casinos) for some years now.

  In fact that's true of many of the performers you see in JW music and movies; they're not Bethelites and they do it secularly (a career which is frowned upon in the publications) but they get a pass because they donate their 'skills' for WT projects.
